Installation & Care Guide

1. Measure & Cut: Confirm the internal dimensions of your window sill. Use a wallpaper knife and straight edge to trim the board to the required length and depth for a precise fit.
2. Prepare the Surface: Clean the existing window sill thoroughly, removing dust, grease, and any loose material. Allow to dry completely before proceeding.
3. Apply Adhesive: Run a bead of sealant, liquid nails, structural adhesive, or silicone along the back face and edges of the board. Adhesives are sold separately and not included.
4. Position & Press: Align the folded front edge with the sill face and press the board firmly into place. Hold or clamp until the adhesive sets according to the adhesive manufacturer's instructions.
5. Remove Protective Film: Peel away the protective surface film after installation is complete.
6. Ongoing Care: Wipe clean with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid dragging sharp objects across the acrylic surface to preserve the high-gloss finish.
