1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused for new items, or in the original state as described for open-box items).
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included in the return shipment.
2. Reasons for Return

3. How to Start a Return
We have made the process as simple as possible:

- Receive Label: Once your request is logged, we will send a prepaid return shipping label to your email address within 24 hours.
- Pack & Ship: Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
4. Refunds & Processing Time
- Inspection: Once your return is received at our Pennsylvania facility, it will be inspected within 2 business days.
- Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
- Payment: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
