Orders

How do I check my order status?
After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking. If you can’t find your emails, check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
Contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can often update the address. If it has shipped, carrier reroutes may not be possible. Any returned-to-sender packages may incur return shipping costs.
Do you include invoices or receipts in the package?
We typically do not include a paper invoice inside the package. Your email confirmation acts as your receipt. If you need documentation for your records, contact us and we can provide it.

Shipping

When do you ship orders?
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking by email.
Do you provide tracking for every order?
Yes. Tracking is provided on shipments. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery within the contiguous U.S. typically takes 2 to 8 business days. The checkout page provides an estimated delivery window based on your location.
Do you ship from the U.S.?
Yes. All orders are physically stored and dispatched from our local Pennsylvania facility located at 137 Arjay Dr, Lower Burrell, PA 15068.
What if my package shows “delivered” but I can’t find it?
First, check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors. Then contact the carrier with the tracking number. If you still can’t locate it, contact us — we’ll assist you with next steps.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window with 100% Free Return Shipping. Please refer to our Return Policy for the most up-to-date rules and timelines.
How do I start a return?
Contact us via Contact Support and include your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions for shipping the item back to our Pennsylvania facility.
When will I receive my refund?
Once approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
What if the item arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review and help resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
What if the item doesn’t fit / I ordered the wrong one?
If it doesn’t fit or you changed your mind, contact us to review return options. Return shipping is free, provided the item is returned in its original condition.

Do you sell counterfeit or replica items?
No. We exclusively sell authentic products. We have a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods. What does “Open Box” mean?
“Open Box” means packaging was opened for inspection. Contents are verified and the condition and included items are disclosed on the product page.
Are all items brand new?
Not always. Each product page clearly states the condition (New / Open Box / Customer Return) and what’s included.

Warranty & Support

Do products include a manufacturer warranty?
Warranty availability varies by brand and condition. If a manufacturer warranty applies, it is usually handled directly by the brand and may require registration.
