1. Shipping Destinations & Rates
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. All orders are dispatched from our local Pennsylvania facilities.

2. Order Processing & Handling
- Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same day.
- Inventory & Dispatch: All items are physically stored in and dispatched from our operational warehouse located at 137 Arjay Dr, Lower Burrell, PA 15068.
3. Delivery Estimates & Tracking
Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 8 business days. Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent immediately.
