This is an Eaton Tripp Lite Series NetDirector 16-Port 1U Rack-Mount Console KVM Switch with 19-in. LCD + 8 PS2/USB Combo Cables, TAA. The unit combines a rack-mountable keyboard, 19-inch LCD, and touchpad in a single 1U console for controlling up to 16 computers or servers.
