Installation Guide

1. Turn off gas and let the grill cool completely.
2. Remove old grates and flavorizer bars (if needed).
3. Place the new left, right, and main grates into position.
4. Drop in the removable Gourmet center section — it locks perfectly in place.
5. Reinstall flavorizer bars and you’re ready to grill!

Cleaning & Care

After grilling, preheat on high for 10–15 minutes, then brush with a stainless steel grill brush. For deeper cleaning, soak in warm soapy water and scrub with a soft sponge. Dry completely before storing.
