1. Safety First: Jack up the rear of the vehicle and support it with jack stands. Remove the rear left wheel.
2. Disconnect: Unbolt the lower strut mounting bolt and the upper mounting nuts (accessible from the trunk/bed area).
3. Removal: Carefully lower the suspension arm and remove the old, worn-out strut assembly.
4. Installation: Slide the G57414 ReadyMount into position. Align the upper studs first and loosely secure the nuts.
5. Final Torque: Tighten all bolts to Honda factory torque specifications. Note: Always tighten suspension bolts while the vehicle is at its normal ride height (loaded).
6. Alignment: A professional 4-wheel alignment is highly recommended after any strut replacement.
