This is a Plugable USB 3.0 Universal Laptop Docking Station that connects up to 10 accessories through a single USB cable. Model UD-3900H from Plugable Technologies supports dual monitors via HDMI and DVI-I ports with included adapters. UPC: 819927011767. Ideal for Windows tablets, laptops, desktops, and compatible macOS systems with latest drivers and firmware for Windows 11 and earlier.
OS COMPATIBILITY: Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7; macOS 10.14+; ChromeOS 100+. Requires dual-core 2GHz+ CPU, up-to-date USB drivers, 1GB RAM, 30MB disk space. Compatible with most modern laptops and desktops including Microsoft brand systems. Includes USB 3.0 Type-A to Type-B and USB 3.0 Type-C to Type-C cables.
LIMITATIONS: DVI dual-link not supported. 2560x1440 (1440p) only with native HDMI monitor; not via adapters or DVI. No HDCP/Blu-ray playback. Not for gaming, Linux/Unix. Cannot mix with non-DisplayLink adapters (e.g., MCT, j5, SMSC). USB ports are hub only, no device charging.
