Installation Overview

1. Prepare the Wood Board: Confirm the board thickness is between 1.5 and 2 inches. Mark the desired bracket positions on the board and wall.
2. Use the Jigs: Align the included drilling jig and routing jig against the board to ensure precise, consistent hole and channel placement.
3. Drill and Route: Use the included auger bit to drill the bracket rod holes and the route bit to create the backplate recess channel in the board.
4. Mount Brackets to Wall: Fasten the brackets to the wall using the provided screws and anchors, aligning with wall studs where possible. The 0.8-inch adjustable holes allow fine-tuning without re-drilling.
5. Slide Board onto Brackets: Slide the prepared wood board over the bracket rods until fully seated against the wall.
6. Final Check: Verify the shelf is level and confirm secure mounting before loading with items up to the 150 lb rated capacity.
