Compatibility & Fitment

This bottom seal is designed for frameless glass shower doors with the following characteristics:

• Glass thickness: 3/8 inch (10 mm) — the seal channel is sized specifically for this thickness.
• Door width: Up to 39 inches — each strip is 39 inches long and can be trimmed shorter if needed.
• Door style: Frameless or semi-frameless shower doors where the glass bottom edge is exposed.
• Not intended for: Framed shower doors, sliding door tracks, or glass thicknesses other than 3/8 inch.

To confirm fit before ordering: measure your existing seal's channel width (should be 3/8") and the length of your door's bottom edge (should be 39 inches or less).

Installation Guide

1. Prepare: Remove the old or yellowed bottom seal from the glass door. Clean the bottom edge of the glass thoroughly.
2. Measure & Cut: Measure the length of your door's bottom edge. Trim the new seal to match using scissors or a utility knife if your door is shorter than 39 inches.
3. Install: Starting from the hinge side of the door, push the seal channel firmly onto the bottom glass edge and slide it along until fully seated. No adhesive is required — the vinyl grips the glass.
4. Test: Open and close the door to confirm the sweep contacts the shower floor evenly and the door moves quietly.
5. Maintenance: To clean, slide the seal off, rinse away mineral scale or soap residue with water, and reinstall.
