dbx ZC8 Wall-Mounted Zone Controller

This is a dbx ZC8 Wall-Mounted Zone Controller audio control device manufactured by Harman Professional Solutions. It provides programmable source selection and volume control to ZonePRO devices using analog DC voltage for logic functions including zone source selection, volume adjustment, muting, program selection, scene selection, and fire safety muting.

The unit connects via two RJ-45 ports and supports wiring with standard CAT5 or CAT5E cable rated at 28.6 Ohm per meter nominal DCR and VW-1 or higher. Maximum cable lengths reach 1000 feet in parallel wiring configurations with a ZC-BOB or shorter distances in series wiring depending on the number of controllers connected. The device mounts to a wall and is compatible exclusively with dbx ZonePRO systems.
