Installation Guide

Replace the outer pressure plate safely and efficiently:

1. Safety First: Shut off air supply, depressurize the pump, and disconnect power.
2. Access Chamber: Remove the fluid cover bolts on the diaphragm side using a socket wrench.
3. Remove Old Plate: Carefully detach the worn pressure plate from the diaphragm shaft.
4. Install New Plate: Align the new #94802 plate over the diaphragm and shaft assembly.
5. Reassemble: Reinstall the fluid cover and torque bolts evenly to ARO specifications (refer to PD30 manual).
6. Test Pump: Restore air supply, check for leaks, and confirm smooth diaphragm operation.
